The first weekend in October, we went on a little get away! We took off Friday afternoon and headed to Rapid City, SD! Are only plans for the weekend were to real and have fun as a family! It was a BLAST!
As we drove around to find a place to eat Friday night, Josh spotted a Chucky Cheese, so we took the kids to their first visit there! It was a big hit! We ate, and then we played, and played, and played!
We stayed at the hotel with the BIG indoor water park! When we got back to the hotel after Chucky Cheese it was late and the water park was to close in a bout 15-20 minutes...but that did not stop us! We hurried down and Taylin went right to the water slides and did as many as she could in the short time we had that night!!
The next morning we got up ate breakfast and headed to the water park! The kids loved it and Tay was such a big girl with the slides, she was even brave enough to go on the BIG BIG ones with Josh. Until one time it bucked them off and she went under water for a few seconds, after that she was a bit scared of the big ones! Are whole day consisted of water park, lunch, water park, movie, water park, movie, dinner, water park, movie! It was sooo FUN, to not have anything we had to go do and just enjoy each other! On Sunday before we headed home we hit the water park one more time!!
